Run by Tropzeians for several generations, l'Agence des Parcs de Saint-Tropez located on the port was founded in 1953 for the exclusive sale of the Parcs of Saint-Tropez, magnificent domain of 200 hectares sheltering the most beautiful residences of the tropezians parks.
Since the beginning of the 80's, the agency has widened fild of activity by proposing prestigious properties on the whole peninsula.
Having grown up in St-Tropez, Mikael is a graduate of the prestigious Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (Lausanne Hotel School). Following his studies, he joined well-known international luxury hotel chains present in New York, Paris, Hong-Kong and Geneva. Starting in 2005, Mikael founded and successfully operated a residential real estate agency in St Tropez, called Exception Immobilier. In 2010, he and his wife took over “L’agence des Parcs de St Tropez”, founded in 1953, one of the most prestigious agencies in the region. Then in 2012 Mikael founded in Geneva an Hotel real estate agency called Opus Hospitality, to enjoy these two passions.
Born in Saint-Tropez, she is the daughter of Francoise Albertone, well-known estate agent and personality of St-Tropez. Charlotte has worked with her mother many years, before leaving to qualify herself further working with an important property promoter in Geneva. She has started in 2005 a new and exciting adventure with her husband Michael in creating "Exeption Immobilier". In 2010 they took the direction of the Agence des Parcs de Saint-Tropez. Her previous clients and her new customers will be delighted by her ability to understand their wishes and by the depth of her knowledge of this village, she had longed to return to.
Jean-François has studied foreign languages at the university of Nice, on the French Riviera. He has worked in the most famous hotels on the » Côte d’Azur », as well as in London. In 1998, he became Head Concierge at Résidence de la Pinède, a reference in the matter of high-end hotels, and dedicates himself to offer a flawless service to clients. In January 2014, he joins the famous Agence des Parcs de Saint-Tropez, where he is in charge of the rental department.
After a linguistic stay abroad, Mélanie finished her studies at the University of Annecy. With first experience in real estate in Courchevel, Mélanie joined the prestigious Agence des Parcs de Saint-Tropez in 2020 to sell flats and villas throughout the peninsula.
